CLAREMORE RECREATION CENTER

The Claremore Expo Center has served as the home of Hillcat basketball on game nights since its inaugural season in 2007. It is also utilized as a secondary practice facility for the men's and women's basketball teams. The Expo Center features arena seating on all four sides of the court for 2,000 fans. A four-sided digital scoreboard adorns center court accompanied by professional playing goals with three-sided shot clocks on each end of the floor. The Expo includes a state-of-the-art sound system that helps produce a fun atmosphere for fans and often creates a hostile environment for opponents. It also features a video replay system, home, visitor, and officials locker rooms, and a VIP reception area. The gym floor received a makeover in the summer of 2015, which included refurbishing and repainting the playing surface, while the locker rooms were renovated with new flooring and additional signage for branding in January 2015. The Expo Center is located less than a mile from the RSU campus on Highway 20 in Claremore.
